Construction, maintenance, and repair of the City’s infrastructure and grounds/facilities (i.e., repairing a streetlight, filling a pothole, trimming a parkway tree, replacing damaged sidewalk).
Purchasing, maintenance, and repair of City vehicles and equipment.
Street, water, and sewer related emergency service (i.e., water main breaks).
Updating the Capital Maintenance and Replacement Plan (CMRP) and Enterprise Maintenance and Replacement Plan (EMRP) to ensure funding is available to maintain the City’s infrastructure to acceptable standards.
