Facilities

Applications will only be accepted via the website (https://www.warrenville.il.us/Facilities#).

Once you select the facility you wish to rent, click on the application link.

For Warrenville residents, enter your home address under Step 1 (non-residents must use City Hall address 28w701 Stafford Place to apply).

Under Step 2, choose the “Other” permit and select “Facility Use (Park).” You can then follow the remaining prompts to complete the application.

You will receive an email when the permit is ready, along with a link to pay Online via credit card.

Once payment is made, you can check your account portal and print your permit as proof on the day of your reservation(s).

In-person payments can still be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. We do not accept payments over the phone.

If payment for the permit is not received within (7) days of approval, your reservation will be voided.

  1. The Council Chamber consists of a formal dais with seating for 15 and seating for approximately 60 in the audience area.
  2. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance by calling the Administration Department at 393-9427. Meetings/events will be scheduled on a "first come" basis.
  3. City Departments and City Council have first right of access to meeting rooms and may cancel or relocate other groups if needed. In such instances, the group coordinator will be notified.
  4. Use of the meeting room(s) is intended for community groups, service organizations, homeowner associations and other local government districts.
  5. Room capacity must not be exceeded.
  6. No rental fee or deposit required.
  7. Groups are responsible for cleaning up, straightening chairs, replacing furniture in their original locations, turning off lights, locking the doors and locking the building. There is no janitorial staff available to clean up.
  8. The group coordinator is responsible for the actions of the group, security of the building and setup/cleanup
  9. No lit candles or open flames are allowed inside the building
  10. If marker board is used, please wipe it off
  11. Do not adjust thermostat
  12. Food and drink are allowed on a limited basis, any spills or stains are to be cleaned up by the user
  13. No alcoholic beverages allowed
