Let's make it Special!  This year marks the 20th anniversary of the  IL Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics IL Dunkin’ Donuts Cop on a Rooftop fundraising event!  On Friday, August 19, 2022, from 5:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon, Warrenville police officers will sit atop Dunkin’ Donuts (28W125 Warrenville Road) in an effort to raise awareness and money for these athletes.

Anyone  who stops by and makes a donation - in any amount - will receive a coupon for a free donut.  Those making a donation of $10 or more will receive a travel mug and a coupon for a free medium coffee.  Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for SOI designed t-shirts, baseball caps, and water bottles will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois!

The Law Enforcement Torch Run is the single largest year-round fundraising movement benefiting SOI, a not-for-profit organization that offers year-round training and competition in sports for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Illinois does not charge athletes or their families to participate in the program.

Special Olympics Oath: “Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”
