On February 27th, Team Warrenville Police and the Warrenville Fire Protection District came together and made the icy plunge to benefit Special Olympics Illinois athletes. Just to make sure the water was cold enough, snow was added into the pool (by a non-plunger) bringing the water temperature down to a chilling 33 degrees! Team Warrenville Police would like to express their thanks to everyone who went above and beyond to support the SOI athletes and their plunge. The combined teams raised an incredible $5,320!
