Both the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) and the Environmental Advisory Commission (EAC) are looking for motivated and committed resident volunteers to fill open commissioner seats! BPAC is dedicated to improving the bicycling and walking experience in Warrenville, and meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. EAC develops educational and informational programs and materials that promote environmental awareness and behavior, and promotes City beautification efforts, and meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Those interested can send a letter of interest and resume to Mayor Brummel at davidbrummel@warrenville.il.us. The mayor reviews all applications and appoints members with consent from the City Council.
