The City will upgrade operating software and launch a mobile app in the spring to provide better service to our community.
The app will be an on-the-go connection for City resources, news, and more from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
This app can be used to:
- report potholes
- make service requests
- pay your utility bill
- search for jobs
- view the City calendar and events
- apply for a business license
- request a building permit
- get City news
- search City meeting agendas
- and more
The new system will:
- streamline applications
- improve communication
- allow you to track project status
Staff must first test the new billing software and app at the end of April and early May, and we will redirect services during that time:
