UPDATE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24: Water service has been restored between Main Street to Curtis Avenue, and Manning Avenue from Ray Street to Main Street. Water system improvements are complete, and work concluded ahead of schedule.
Public Works replaced a system valve that broke during our most recent water main break on Main Street.
If water looks "milky" or discolored after the repairs have been completed, there may be sediment or extra air in the water. If this occurs, run the cold water faucet for a few minutes, and the water should return to normal.
