The Special Olympics Illinois Polar Plunge event is taking place on Saturday, March 12, at 12:30 p.m., in the Stafford Place parking lot across from City Hall. Like last year, Team Warrenville will consist of Police Department and Fire District personnel who will be taking the icy dive-pool plunge in support of SOI’s amazing athletes! The team has set their donations goal at $2,000 and, so far, has raised $745! You can help support the SOI athletes (and encourage Team Warrenville to take the icy water plunge) by donating online through SOI’s secure website.
