The City will upgrade operating software and launch a mobile app in the spring to provide better service to our community.

The app will be an on-the-go connection for City resources, news, and more from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

This app can be used to:

• report potholes
• pay your utility bill
• search for jobs
• view the City calendar and events
• get City news
• search City meeting agendas
• and more

Staff must first test the new billing software and app at the end of April and early May, and we will redirect services during that time:

• Pay water bills, get dog licenses, and other City services at the Police Department, 3S245 Warren Avenue
• Permit applications will be delayed. You can submit your application at https://warrenvilleil.citysourced.com/

We will share more details, such as dates to changes in service, in:
