- Part-time, at the start and end of each school day
- Greet and guide pedestrians
- Stop traffic from entering an intersection while pedestrians cross the street
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with children and adults effectively
- Physical requirements: ability to learn, understand, and adhere to all applicable safety precautions and procedures: stand for long periods of time; work unsupervised; and hold a five-pound stop sign
- Must pass a background check
