2023 STORM SEWER PIPELINING PROJECT

The City of Warrenville (“City”) is accepting proposals for the 2023 Storm Sewer Pipelining project. 

The Request for Proposals, including Specifications and Contract Documents, may be obtained in PDF format beginning September 5, 2023 by contacting David Romero at (630) 836-3029 or . 

Approximately 465 feet (in total) Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) 30-inch storm sewer; approximately 430 feet (in total) of CIPP of a 36-inch diameter storm sewer; approximately 160 feet (in total) of CIPP of a 42-inch diameter storm sewer; approximately 160 feet (in total) of CIPP of a 48-inch diameter storm sewer; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Warrenville, Illinois for the project entitled "2023 Storm Sewer Pipelining Project” until 11:00 am on September 26, 2023 at the Finance Department on the first floor of City Hall at 3S258 Manning Avenue, Warrenville, IL 60555.  Sealed bids shall be addressed to the City of Warrenville, City Clerk at 3S258 Manning Avenue, Warrenville, IL 60555 and shall be labeled “Sealed Bid Number B2023-08 – 2023 Storm Sewer Pipelining Project”.

The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers, on the same date. The room is located on the second floor of City Hall at 3S258 Manning Avenue, Warrenville, IL 60555.

All questions must be submitted in writing to Phil Kuchler, , not later than 5:00 P.M. on September 15, 2023.

Review of proposals and acceptance or rejection of proposals shall be governed by the terms of the Request for Proposals.
