Bill Assistance Programs:

* Payment Arrangements – Spread past-due balances up to 12 months.

* Fresh Start Services – Get help understanding your energy use and find programs you qualify for.

* Catch Up and Save – Monthly credits to reduce past-due balances, plus a free energy-saving kit.

* Deposit & Late Fee Waivers – Qualifying customers can get these charges waived for one year.

Flexible Billing Options:

* Budget Billing – Pay the same amount each month, based on your average yearly use.

* Due Date Extension – Get up to 21 extra days to pay if you qualify.

City Hall's public entrance is 3S258 Manning Avenue and open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Summer Hours End 

City Hall is closed Monday, September 1 for Labor Day.

Beginning Tuesday, September 2, Summer Hours end and City Hall will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fall brush pickup begins September 2, 2025.

Fall Brush Pickup Schedule

Zone 1: Tuesday, September 2*

Zone 2: Monday, September 8

Zone 3: Monday, September 15

Zone 4: Monday, September 22

*Monday, September 1 is a holiday

Guidelines:

• Bundle brush securely with twine (no wire).

• Set brush out by 7:00 a.m. on your pickup day.

• Limit one pile per address.

• Maximum pile size: 3 feet high by 8 feet wide by 15 feet long.

• Branches may be up to 8 feet long and 8 inches in diameter.

• Place cut ends facing the street.

• Do not include logs, lumber, thorns, root balls, or yard waste.

• Do not use plastic bags or other containers.

• Brush shorter than 2 feet is considered yard waste and must be placed in yard waste bags with a sticker for pickup by the garbage service on your regular collection day.

• Non-compliant piles will not be picked up. Once the pile meets all guidelines, contact Public Works to schedule pickup.

Warrenville Public Library will hold a Community Resource Fair from 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, September 13.

Community Resource Fair: Fun, Info, and More!

Looking for local resources, helpful services, or just a fun morning out? Stop by the Community Resource Fair:

Saturday, September 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Warrenville Public Library, 28W751 Stafford Place.

* Meet representatives from the City of Warrenville and get a demo of the new Citizen Engagement App! Also attending: the Warrenville Police Department, and several City commissions:

* Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission

* Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness Commission

* Environmental Advisory Commission

Connect with community partners, including Birth to Five Illinois, Nicor Gas, Metropolitan Family Services, local preschools, and more. Many will share valuable information, and some will provide food and other essential items to eligible attendees.

Special treat: Don’t miss the Zoos Are Us petting zoo in the lower-level parking lot from 10:00 a.m. to Noon!

Learn About Composting and Sustainability 

Join the City’s Environmental Advisory Commission for a special program:  

Wednesday, September 3, 7:00 p.m. at Warrenville Public Library District, 28W751 Stafford Place.

Guest speaker Jean Kent, Program Director of Environmental Education at SCARCE, will share tips on composting, conserving water, and protecting natural resources.

SCARCE, a nonprofit based in Addison, promotes sustainability and environmental education throughout the region.
