WELCOME TO FYI WARRENVILLE

It's Friday and time for the City's weekly recap to help us stay better connected, informed, and prepared.

Let's go…

Door-to-Door Solicitors Must Have a City License

Did you know solicitors need a permit in Warrenville?

In Warrenville, all door-to-door solicitors must:

✅ Apply for and be approved for a City permit

✅ Display a visible photo badge and credentials

✅ Honor “No Solicitors” signs

See photos of currently approved solicitors.

Please remember:

🔹 A City permit means the solicitor has been fingerprinted, photographed, and background-checked by the Police Department.

🔹 A permit does not mean the City endorses the person, company, products, or services.

Solicitors are allowed to go door-to-door (including on holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

🚨 If you have concerns about a solicitor’s license or behavior, call 911.
