WELCOME TO FYI WARRENVILLE

TGIF. It's time for the City's weekly recap to help us stay better connected, informed, and prepared.

Let's begin…

Something Good is Coming!

From April 28 to May 2, City staff will upgrade our internal software system to better serve members of our community.

During this time, City Hall will be closed to the public. However, limited Finance and Community Development services will still be available at the Warrenville Police Department (3S245 Warren Avenue) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You can access many services online using the City's new Citizen Engagement App: The web address is https://warrenvilleil.citysourced.com.

Software testing will continue into early May, which may lead to slower email response times.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our systems.

Get EV Ready!

Are you ready to plug in to a zero-emissions car? Electric Vehicles (EVs) have no tailpipe emissions and lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Switching your main car to an EV saves the cost of gas and lowers maintenance costs too. Driving an EV typically costs less than half of what it costs to drive a gas car.

Learn about:

  • Options for EVs and EV Charging
  • Nearby EV charging stations
  • How to register your EV with ComEd
  • Requirements for installing an EV charging station
