Water/Sewer Bill Changes Scheduled for 2025

* The City is preparing to move to an online payment system next year for water and sewer bills.

* As part of this transition, we’re making some changes now, including adjusting the payment due date and discontinuing late notices.

* You can pay your bill using the following methods:

• By mail

• Autopay: We encourage residents to sign up for autopay. It's a great way to prepare for the upcoming online system. You can sign up here: AutoPay

• E-Pay: Pay your bill electronically online at: E-Pay

• If you're having trouble paying your bill, please reach out to the Finance Department at (630) 393-5753 for assistance.

* Thank you for your understanding as we work to make these improvements!
