City Adjudication Hearings will be held Wednesday, April 21, at 10:00 a.m., in City Council Chambers. Each person who has received an original or continuation notice is asked to enter through the Stafford Place doors. Due to COVID-19 room capacity limitations, only those who have a ticket (including a parent/guardian of a ticketed minor, witnesses or interpreter) should appear. Those entering the building must wear a face mask or covering, which will not be provided. Social distancing floor markers and seating will be set in place, and persons attending can expect to be asked to wait outside the building until space becomes available to enter. Your patience is appreciated while we work through this process.
If you choose, tickets scheduled for this hearing date may be paid in advance (eliminating the need to appear for the scheduled hearing) if paid by the end of business day on Tuesday, April 20th. Payment may be made in-person at City Hall Finance Department, 3S258 Manning Avenue, or through the City website (online payments link).
If you have questions regarding the adjudication hearing or in-place social distancing precautions, please call police non-emergency Monday through Friday at 630-393-2131 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and prior to 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 21st.
