On Thursday, September 20, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be conducting nationwide alert tests for the Presidential Wireless and Emergency Alert systems. The order of the planned tests are as follows: “Presidential Alert, THIS IS A TEST...” message to compatible cellular phones at 1:18 p.m. (Central Standard Time), then followed by a monthly test siren at 1:20 p.m. Please share this information with family, neighbors, and friends as this may be the first time they have received a test message.
