On Monday, December 11, 2017, at approximately 2:15 p.m., Warrenville Police conducted a joint investigation with the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office at Sunlight Spa, 29W701 Butterfield Road, Unit 101, Warrenville.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Yanfang Pan, 47, (pictured), owner of Sunlight Spa, last known address of 241 Fiala Woods Court, Naperville, Illinois, was arrested and charged with one Class A misdemeanor count of Prostitution and three ordinance violations. The ordinance violations included Failing to Prominently Post a Price List Placard, Knowingly Publishing a Deceptive Advertisement, and Public Access Door Locked. Maximum penalty for Prostitution is 364 days in county jail and a $1,500.00 fine.
A City of Warrenville administrative hearing of the business license will be held at a future date and time to be determined, at which the business license of Sunlight Spa could be Revoked or Suspended.
