B.    Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2023-45, approving the First Amendment to the License Agreement for 3S620 Mignin Drive

C.    Accept Plan Commission Recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2023-46, approving site specific amendments, a major amendment to the final plan of planned unit development, and final plat of resubdivision for lot F-6 in Cantera Subarea F (4200 Cantera Drive – Cantera Office Condominium)

D.    Accept staff recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2023-47, approving an extension of special use permits for outdoor seating and drive-through facility and variation from the City Code Sign Ordinance at 4S040 Route 59

E.    Accept City Clerk and Attorney’s recommendation and pass resolution R2023-62, approving certain minutes of certain closed meetings of the City Council for release

F.    Accept staff recommendation, and pass resolution R2023-63, approving a termination and settlement agreement with Quisitive

G.    Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2023-64, endorsing the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus’ Greenest Region Compact

H.    Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2023-65, approving an IT managed services agreement with Orbis Solutions, Inc. for a three-year term with the option to automatically renew for two additional years as outlined in the agreement

I.    Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2023-66, approving a professional services agreement for GIS Management Services with Cultivate Geospatial Solutions, LLC

L.    Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and appoint Trudie Meeks to the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness Commission for a term expiring April 30, 2024

M.    Receive and file minutes of the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission meeting held on October 10, 2023

N.    Receive and file report of invoices paid up to November 15, 2023, in the amount of $145,342.55

O.    Authorize expenditures for invoices due on or before December 4, 2023, in the amount of $309,102.33
