Development of an approximately 3.4-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of 6 buildings with 36 single-family attached units (townhouses), associated storm water management facilities, private open space, and a loop road with access from Barkley Avenue.

Project Status:

The Applicant has submitted documents for both preliminary and final Planned Unit Development approval. A special use, zoning ordinance variation, rezoning, and plat of resubdivision must be granted for the proposed project.
