Project Description:
Development of an approximately 3.4-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of  six buildings with 36 single-family attached units (townhouses), associated storm water management facilities, private open space, and a loop road with access from Barkley Avenue.

Project Status:

The Final Plat of Subdivision and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) were approved by the City Council on August 1, 2022, by Ordinance O2022-29 (PDF). Building Permits have been distributed. Townhome construction is currently in progress.
