Project Description:
Development of an approximately 1.85-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of two buildings with six units in each building (townhouses), associated stormwater management facilities, private open space,  and a proposed motor court with access from the Brayman Court cul-de-sac.

Project Status:
The Applicant has submitted documents for both preliminary and final Planned Unit Development approval. A special use, zoning ordinance variation, and plat of resubdivision must be granted for the proposed project.
