Lexington Trace Subdivision - Unit 2

Project Description:
Development of an approximately 1.85-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of two buildings with six units in each building (townhouses), associated stormwater management facilities, private open space,  and a proposed motor court with access from the Brayman Court cul-de-sac.

West of Route 59, south of Butterfield Road, and north of Estes Street

Project Status:
The Final Plat of Subdivision and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) were approved by the City Council on August 1, 2022, by Ordinance O2022-28 (PDF).  Building permits have been distributed. Townhome construction is currently in progress.
