Project Description: 

Property owner Burgess Enterprises seeks to move forward with the development of an approximately 102,000-square foot, single story, mixed-use building with associated parking, private drive pavement, Stormwater Management, and landscaping improvements. The building would be approximately 26 feet in height. As currently proposed, the 50,000-square foot section of the building that would face Ferry Road would be built to accommodate the consolidation of Chicago Motor Cars' three existing indoor, high-end automobile car showroom and sales facilities. The remaining section of the building would be built to accommodate a yet unknown mix of commercial, office, and warehouse-type tenants. It is anticipated that much of the remaining space would be utilized by businesses that require warehouse space.
