Project Description:
Development of an approximately 20.86-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of 21 buildings with 106 single-family attached units (townhouses), associated storm water management facilities, private open space, Barkley Avenue extension between Butterfield Road and Duke Parkway, and new public streets – Brayman Court and Lambe Lane.

West of Route 59, south of Butterfield Road, and north of Estes Street

Project Status:
The Final Plat of Subdivision and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) were approved by the City Council on April 1, 2019, by Ordinance O2019-12 (PDF). Townhome construction for Unit 1 is complete.
