Signs in Cantera Development
Sign regulations applicable to properties in the Cantera Development can be found in Section VI. D of the Cantera Development Control Regulations. Where Cantera regulations conflict with the Sign Ordinance, the Cantera regulations apply. Additional sign regulations and limitations approved as part of the planned unit development for individual properties/subdivision in Cantera may apply. Please contact the Community Development Department for regulations relative to a specific property.
Permit Requirements
All permanent and some temporary signs in the City of Warrenville require building permits. The building permit application and required sign information (PDF) should be forwarded to the Community Development Department for review and permit issuance.
