Development of a four-story, 242-unit, luxury apartment building with a 351-space integrated parking deck, associated amenities, and site improvements. Located at the 5.4-acre portion of the existing surface parking lot at the northwest corner of the Regal Theater/Main Event site, in Cantera Subarea G.

Project Status:
Application for preliminary plat of subdivision and PUD has been filed with the City. The legal notice announcing a formal public hearing scheduled for the 2-8-2018 Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is attached here. The public hearing for this project was continued to the 3-8-2018, Plan Commission meeting, and then continued again to the 3-22-2018 meeting. On 3-13-2018, the Applicant requested an additional continuation until the 4-5-18, Plan Commission meeting, at which time the Plan Commission recommended conditional City Council approval of the project.
