C. Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation, waive competitive bidding, pass resolution R2018-43, and authorize City Administrator Coakley to execute the Metropolitan Pump quote for Well number 11 in the amount of $23,866.00

E. Receive and file minutes of the Environmental Advisory Commission regular meeting held on July 17, 2018
