Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2017-13 approving the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation in an amount not to exceed $1,133,928 that will be cost-shared with $827,327 of ITEP funds and $306,601 by the City of Warrenville and authorize Mayor Brummel to execute the agreement

F. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2017-14 approving the IDOT Construction Engineering Services Agreement for Federal Participation, naming Engineering Resource Associates (ERA), of Warrenville, IL, as the consultant, and authorize Mayor Brummel to execute the agreement

G. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2017-15 approving the Construction Engineering proposal with Engineering Resource Associates of Warrenville, IL, in an amount not to exceed $100,259 that will be cost-shared with $69,236 of ITEP funds and $31,023 by the City of Warrenville and authorize Senior Civil Engineer Hocking to execute the proposal

H. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2017-16 approving the Local Public Agency Resident Construction Supervisor/In Responsible Charge form on behalf of the City of Warrenville and authorize Senior Civil Engineer Hocking to execute the form 

I. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and approve the partial closure of Stafford Place for the annual Bike Rodeo event, as requested in the memo from Planner/GIS Technician and BPAC staff liaison McIntosh, dated April 4, 2017

J. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and approve the request to solicit donations for the 12th annual Bike Rodeo event on May 20, 2017

K. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and approve the request to solicit donations for the August 1, 2017, National Night Out event

L. Accept Public Safety Committee recommendation and direct City staff to work with Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to investigate and research potential options to increase overall pedestrian safety at the intersection of Route 59, Continental Drive, and Meadow Avenue as outlined in the April 4, 2017, memorandum from BPAC Chair Perkins and Planner/GIS Technician McIntosh

M. Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the reappointment of Kate Perkins as Chair for the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission for FY 2018

N. Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the appointment of Sarah Anderson as Chair for the Environmental Advisory Commission for FY 2018 and the reappointment as a regular member for the term set to expire on April 30, 2020 

O. Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the appointment of Michael Ramig as Chair for the Tourism and Arts Commission for FY 2018

P. Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the reappointment of Kristin Blumenschein and Linda Osborn as members of the Tourism and Arts Commission for terms set to expire on April 30, 2020

Q. Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the reappointment of Harlan Davis as member of the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission for a term set to expire on April 30, 2020
