Request for approval of possible text amendments to Zoning Ordinance #1018 to define "Indoor Dog Training” and add it to the list of either permitted uses or uses requiring special use permit approval in non-residential zoning districts, and, if added as a possible special use, to grant a special use permit for such use. This request is associated with a proposal to operate an indoor dog training facility at 2S676 Route 59.
